Schematic Design
The initial phase of our process where the overall framework of the design is developed through client collaborations and iterative solutions. Master plans are created to functionally and aesthetically achieve the project goals.
Design Development
Further design considerations are thought through to address materials selections, budgetary expectations, and phasing strategies. Pencils are sharpened to get a better understanding of the project details and next steps.
Construction Documents
A thorough set of drawings and specifications are produced to fully define all of the project’s details. These construction plans will guide the project’s final pricing and the contractor’s execution of the design.
Construction Administration
The consultation portion of our process, where on-site observation, real-time modifications, and contractor guidance are key activities to ensure that our vision becomes a reality.
